Adesina Hassan is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is also a Certified Forensic Accountant.

He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Ado-Ekiti (now Ekiti State University) and his Master’s degree in Christian Leadership Studies from Redeemed Christian Bible College (RCBC).

Sina began his career as a Cashier with JKN Limited and later joined Corporate Trust Mortgage Company (CTMC) as a Finance and System Supervisor. Seeking growth and development in his chosen career of Accounting and Finance, he joined Deeproot Finance and Investment Limited as Finance and Administration Manager. Following the merger of Deeproot with another company, he joined New Horizon Finance as an Accountant and was later promoted to lead the Investment division as Assistant General Manager with Excelsior Agro Allied Company Limited under his supervision. He later became the pioneer Bursar at Lagos Preparatory School, Ikoyi before joining Candide-Johnson Law Practice as an Accountant.

Throughout his career, Sina has been involved in:

• Cashflow control of various companies for the past twenty years
• Preparation of financial reports for both internal and external use.
• Setting up of internal control and supervision
• Providing Reporting and Taxation advisory services
• Act as financial adviser to the Firm
